Inaugural Nashville Splash Bash hosted by the Cumberland River Compact
NASHVILLE, Tennessee – May 27, 2016- The Cumberland River Compact’s Nashville
Splash Bash. Kickoff your summer with a beach day on the East Bank of the
Cumberland River on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 11am-3pm.
Nashville Splash Bash is a celebration of Nashville’s fishable and swimmable
Cumberland River. Bring the flotation device of your choice and join in activities for
the whole family. With a designated swimming area, SUP lessons, riverside yoga,
games, and music provided by Roots Radio, relax in the water with the best view of
Nashville Paddle Co., Cumberland Kayak Adventures, River Queen Voyages, and
Pontoon Saloon will be on-site for equipment rentals and tours down the river.
Infinity Hospitality Group will run a Cantina and Bar service its patio at The
Bridge Building and food will be available for purchase from The Generally Southern
Mobile Kitchen. All you need to bring are your water-shoes, sunscreen, and a
towel to enjoy this event. Flamingo float optional!
